KOR is a small team that utilizes the current South African scenario where, ICT professionals with skillsets that is needed to build bespoke solutions for business-critical problems. We specialize in technical and short-term projects from start to finish. This grows a subset of the local skills eco-system.

Our Process
The starting point is meeting with stakeholders.
During the first engagement - requirements is gathered and a problem statement is produced.
Scope is validated and verified as well as the project cost and timelines agree upon.
If yes and a go-ahead is received, then the short-term project starts, with project governance and status tracking until completion and close-out.
